My vision for FFT is that it will grow as a virtual consultancy of like-minded people. Today’s workforce is flexible, mobile and professional. I like to work with people who are comfortable working freelance, independently, people who are in control of their own lives.
I enjoy partnerships and collaborations. I work with people and build relationships where we can learn from each other and share opportunities.
My inspirations come from a wide range of teachings and cultures. I’m looking for people who share a similar approach to coaching. Who are passionate about helping people become employable for life and who strive to be at the cutting edge of 21st Century thinking.
I’d like to hear from Trainers, Coaches, Outplacement Consultants and HR Professionals, or anyone who is totally confident that they have the gift of changing the emotional state of a group or individual into the most resourceful they can be.
